I was a first time home buyer. Single parent with a job working crazy hours. I was really set on a specific type of property in a specific area. I started the search mid October with my doubts. When we finally found the house. Getting through the VA inspections, lenders purchasing hoops, and minor road blocks of paperwork for buying the home, which left me skeptical, it was never a problem for her.
